Amended Ethics Complaint against Deputy Mayor Filed---PORT O CALL

Editorial Note: I say one would be wise to check the ethics of the ethics board itself. Make sure they are going be completely impartial despite any personal, or professional relations they may have with the city council members in question. This also includes the media, who is going to watch their impartiality? I think everyone involved on the ethic committee needs to listen to their conscience, and judge for themselves that they are really up to the task of showing no favoritism in anyway shape or form.
