MORE PICTURES FROM PLATYPUS MARINE...OWNER SHOULD BE ABLE TO OWN 5 ACRES

Readers,  Granted my stories this week thus far has been mainly focused in on the plight of one particular business who has been getting the shaft from the Port of Port Angeles. Who insist on leasing out the property which Platypus has been trying their best to conduct business on. Yeah, that first story I put up regarding this story was rushed, and I didn't pay much attention on details, or my grammar as some readers pointed out. Guess, I was wanting to be the first on the block to share with you the story, so I did a rush job on it.
Now, the owner of the business,  Judson Linnabary, only wants to build a new building which will be three stories, which will include better office space, because the office they now have, resembles a shack lack of a better term for it. Since the Port is hesitant in going ahead with an outright sale of five archers of property so Linnabary can spend his own money to develop the land his business sits on, and expand his business to increase potential business for the company, and at least the opportunity for more employees to be hired, he would have no choice to pull up stakes. He is fed up of being laughed at, and reports of him being "bankrupted" untrue! He has been defaulted twice by the Port! So, yeah readers I can clearly empathize with the guy! He has been shafted by the land lord "the Port" for years, and has been cited by the DOE countless times for the conditions of the property his business sits on, which by the way is Port Property! So, if anyone should be cited for poor conditions of the drainage system, and the ocean of mud, that should be on the Port, not the company. So, yes readers the blame should be on the Port's table on this! Instead of them once again talking about it more they should be scrambling to fix the problems. If within six months they don't come up with a plan, loss of business, and jobs, would be on them.
