(even here locally) Speaking of which, why hasn't there been any coverage of the latest ethic board complaint filed against Council members Whetham, Burch, Merideth, and Collins? They seem to be forgotten by the local media establishment. Is it because the three council members who are against fluoride being added to the water system is named in the latest complaint? We hardly hear anything about this ethic complaint in the two local newspapers: Port O Call, and the Peninsula Daily News....Tisk, tisk!

CITY FORCES 2 class city question to 2017...big deal!During the city council Tuesday, the council decided to send the matter to 2017's ballot. Making in essence in my opinion the petition to change the form of government null and void. Why I think that? Stay tuned. Also, in the mix, the mayor came up with another citizen advisory vote for the November Ballot coming on the same 2017 ballot. The council however to table that discussion on the second meeting in August...Get the drift readers?

A citizens’ group, Our Water-Our Choice, filed with the City Clerk a petition
to change the City’s classification from a noncharter code city to a second class city. That
group recently requested the City Council to submit this proposition to the voters at the
November 2016 general election. To place the proposition on the November 2016 ballot, the
City Council must adopt a resolution and submit it to the County not later than August 2,
2016.
