Tuesday's Clallam County Commission meeting was your usual run of the mill meeting, items on the agenda was approved, what happened during the open comment session however which raised eye brows however. One must wonder after remarks made by Richards during his speech he gave regarding his opinions on the proposed electronic warfare games in the Olympic National Park. You would have to listen closely to the video clips I captured from my camera to decided whether or not Richards comments were bordering on electioneering. But, by the sound of the comments made, it sure was knocking at the door of electioneering. At one point during the debate of his comments made, County Commissioner Mike Chapman, said that he thought the comments that were being made by Richards were more appropriate in a campaign venue rather in a open comment session.
