PORT TO REVIEW RULES OF CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS

One of the agenda items during the Port meeting on Monday's work session is going over the
rules of conduct and behavior during Port meetings, from the public.
See work session agenda: http://www.portofpa.com/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Agenda/04112016-143
Regular meeting agenda item highlight:  Oyster Restoration agreement

Editorial Note: One must wonder what brought this subject of reviewing the rules of public meetings by the Port Commission. Could it have something to do with what's going on in the city meetings? I say this because according to the rules, they are banning signs, and many of the similar issues that the city is addressing.
